Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is the fastest growing sport in the United States.  Luckily, in South Florida, we have water everywhere.  Whether you choose to go exploring through the mangroves of Hollywood looking for manatees and turtles, or the Atlantic ocean for it's vastness and peacefulness, or the waterways of downtown Fort Lauderdale checking out the amazing houses and yachts. SUP is for YOU!

Cross Paddle SUP does ALL that...plus MORE!  We have crossed dry land fitness training with the new experience of Stand Up Paddling! Imagine cruising by a 10 million dollar mansion and 150 foot yacht while doing push ups, sit ups, squats, knee paddling, hand paddling, head stands, balancing exercises...the list of exercises continues to grow as our creativity is pushed for the pursuit for the next level.

The first hour is a moderate to high intensity training session, depending on your ability level, which includes a variety of fitness exercise regimens.  We use weights, exercise bands, medicine balls, jump ropes, sticks, running, and human resistance to train the whole body.

The second hour, we use SUP to work on strengthening the core, back, triceps, shoulders, lower leg, and lower balancing muscles in a non-impact fitness regimen.  Muscles grow in size, strength, and endurance once they get fatigued!  AKA...results!

STAND UP... BATTLE MOTHER NATURE... and enjoy a different style workout that builds killer AB/core strength, cardio and muscular endurance,  and SHREDS FAT!  P.S.  For all of us athletes with knee pain...SUP IS A NON-IMPACT SPORT FOR ALL AGES!  Enjoy the ride, ENJOY WHAT SUP!
